The staff were super friendly and affable and the location was amazing next to everything.

The bed was very uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

We stayed in a clean double room with access to a shared kitchen, enjoying views of the castle from there, and the location was perfect, being very close to the center.

Location: the hotel was close to the main tourist area, a park with playground, and Transylvania. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant, gave advice about the city.

Rooms were a little small.

Stayed at this hotel with my son, the staff here was absolutely perfect and kind all the time, it was a super and brilliant location near the garden, Bran Castle, and shops/restaurants.
